Cash and Carry meat deals..

Baby backs 2.75lb, Beef Brisket at 2.29lb. :thumbsup2:
Meat prices are great there, regardless of Cut or type. You want to cut your own Ribeyes? They have them whole. Huge Beef and Pork tenderloins, good quality meat at very good prices. If you BBQ or Smoke, you need to have a look.
Just fired the Smoker for some ribs, Brisket tomorrow for the game. :thumbsup2:

Buddy bought the whole ribeye. $110 for 18.76lbs. It was delicious. Chopped it up into about 15 steaks.

Yum....Ribeyes. :thumbsup2:

I just washed that Brisket and got it ready for tomorrow. Scored the Fatcap and then rubbed with yellow Mustard. Plenty of BBQ seasoning then wrap and in the fridge.First thing in the AM, (Or when i get up) it goes on with Alderwood.

It's a big one, Like 13lbs. I might be up late.

Paldo World had nice looking thin sliced rib eye for $3.99/lb last year.
Great for Mongolian or Broccoli Beef, Philly cheese steaks.
Now it costs more and is kinda scrappy looking.

That's a hot deal. I'm guessing it was choice? Was that with or without bones? Most places are $9+ a pound for ribeyes. I've been wanting to give those UMAi bags a try, but dropping $150-$200 for a nice ribeye roast is tough to swallow. But around a Benjamin is worth it. However, I think if I were to do the UMAi bags I would probably want prime. Mmmm steak.

How is the taste? Sometimes that low cost pork tastes like ass.

Boneless USDA Select. Not sure why it was select, it had great marbling.

Brisket just hit the smoker after marinating since last night. Probably won't be done until at least 10PM tonight....at least. :crybaby:

Color of the beef when cut, firmness of the meat, and age of the beef all are factors when grading. It could have been an old dairy cow that was used instead of something that was bread specifically for meat production. All that aside, if at the end of the day if you know how to work your cut of beef, and it tastes great that is a win.
