I had a friend who was the lead plaintiff in a robocall/repeated call suit from some auto repair place in Seattle.
Think he got about $6,000 while the rest of the plaintiffs got $1,500.
Plus reimbursement for travel/parking/court time.
Law firm made a few $Million and never received a single robocall.

My number isn't on that list, but I have received similar calls. Maybe it came from different company. I have read an article about someone who sued a company individually with lawyer's help at http://www.whycall.me/news/my-4500-payd ... emarketer/. I think if I could find out the company I could sue them, too.
