Cops have arrested at least 6 of them over the past week.
The web site was shut down briefly yesterday for showing close ups of junkies shooting up heroin on the sidewalk, a violation of You Tube policy.
Looks like they went somewhere else where they are not being filmed.

Doesn't mean the problem doesn't still exist, it just doesn't exist in front of the man's business.
Which is all he really wanted in the first place.
