I had to look that up. If possible, include a link with something that outrageous please.

It seems like very few people are willing to make a solid effort at looking at both sides with an even hand.
Instead, it seems like a side is chosen - and that side can do almost no wrong while the opposing side is full of baby-killing fascists bent on tearing the Constitution apart and replacing it with a system of prison camps.

I think it comes as no surprise that many college and university campuses have turned into hysterical bubbles.

() infiltrate the entire university system with profs with different viewpoints? Not going to happen in my lifetime.
() find some way to cause the courts to recognize the disparity between free speech for the left and the right and force the unis to treat both sides equally?
() Keep rousing up the base and make sure that we have enough pitchforks and hay/tar torches ready. Both sides are doing that right now.

I voted for Trump, I come from a bi-racial family and I am the farthest thing from a Nazi. My Wifes Grandfather fought in WW2, just had his 95th birthday and he voted for Trump. So a guy that fought the Nazis apparently now is a Nazi himself?

This thread exemplifies the problem with the current discussion.

Someone one points out something that one group does wrong (either with the ANTIFA Thugs or the White Supremacist Thugs that are the extreme of both political wings)

Someone on the other side goes out and says 'But yeah, the other side did something just as bad!'

That's not the point. Saying that the extremists on the other side does bad things too doesn't mitigate what was done. The KKK/White Supremacists in Charleston represent probably less than 1% of the beliefs of the average Trump voter and ANTIFA represents probably less than 1% of what a true Obama/Clinton voter really believes.

But when a person goes out and tries to deflect or justify what one group does because another group does it then they are in fact being an apologist for that extreme group. In the end if you do that you are really no different than the 'Mainstream Muslim' that tries to justify the actions of ISIS based upon something that happened in 1990, or 2002, or 2003 or 1528.

Evil is evil. Neo Nazi's are evil. ANTIFA is evil. ISIS is evil. If you try to equivocate or rationalize it then you are just being an apologist for that evil.
