I read the article. The title is clickbait. It should be renamed "Why Kim Jong Un Isn't Afraid of the United States".

Actually it was the Loral-Hughes deal that handed China all the engine gimbal and satellite bus technology. The top banana was an FOB and big contribution guy to WJC. It was to help China with their telecommunications system.We were all screaming from the rooftops when he magically approve it even though DOD said it was a truly bad idea. It was the same kind of BS that HRC pulled with the Uranium One deal.
