Eddies post got me thinking. I started skydiving lessons a few years ago until my hip replacement. I would like to start up again. Would any of you want to join in? All jumps are free fall with the Accelerated Free Fall program. It would be out at Sky Dive Kapowsin in Shelton. https://skydivekapowsin.com/I was amazed by how easy it is for the basics. ETA: I just checked their site, and unless I get a waiver I now exceed the 250 lb weight limit. I will post updates as needed. Until I loose the weight which I need to do anyway we can put a group together hopefully.

Why is it called skydiving? You're not diving toward the sky... Maybe less takers if they call it ground diving.... Either way, good luck on the weight loss, hip replacement recovery, and diving buddies

Well now that the mice with jokes have spoke up, it's time for the men to chime in.

Sometime when you post, some other people post before you do. Calm down nwg, and let's go jump.

If I still lived in WA, I'd be down (or up) for it!

Do they still operate out of Lake Kapowsin area too? The original owner was my jump master. I saw her and her husband at a Private Jet open house at the Museum of Flight about 7 years ago.

I am not sure who owns it now. My dad had over a hundred jumps and his C license that he started while it was Blue Sky.
