For those who didn't watch it, POTUS long motorcade is rolling down a large road. All side access parking lots and roads appear closed.
Several layers of police bikes pass onlookers. Then POTUS Beast and other security details drive into view and suddenly a white sedan comes from hiding in the woods, where no road is apparent, and attempts foolishly to cross a small water filled cement drainage culvert, probably 10' across, with no obvious bridge.
I cannot think of a valid legit reason for such a stunt/maneuver. This isn't a location for a car to perch or drive. And it's at least an apparent attempt to interfere with the POTUS motorcade, stopped only by the culvert.

Interesting and bad timing for a brake failure. I bet those odds of bad luck must be 1 in 100 Trillion. Having your breaks fail, and basically running a barricade directly at the POTUS motorcade, on the precise street at the exact moment in time his vehicle is passing by. I mean, it's literally as his vehicle is going by.
Just found the location on Google maps. She'd have to have a brake failure and a steering failure I suppose. Dunno. Terrible luck and timing I guess.

The ditch/cement canal already has wet/dirty crossing evidence before she crosses it. Almost like someone was routinely crossing it or was practicing this move before hand.
