Reading up today on current events, according to experts there is one major move left, and that is to cancel China banks from transacting money anywhere in the world.

China is the primary country that still does business with the NORKS.

Seems it is cheepur and easier to dig horizontal shafts into the mountain to place charges than it is to dig vertical shafts. Vertical shafts don't destabilize the mountains as much?
