I imagine that, should the feds determine something in their purview is occurring on those premises, they will be accessing the grounds vigorously and without fear of interruption.
Thinking otherwise is either severe ignorance or garden-variety lying. They could always try assuring gang members that their special piece of the planet is shielded from RICO laws.
