I saw the video. It looks like it was a justifiable takedown, lots of black people around, so it's not just because he was black. He was running, he jumped a wall...
I am still going to hold out complete internet sentencing until I see the actual detaining officers POV camera though.

The arresting officer's cam was not on. That was called out in the LVPD briefing. 126 other videos though.
