“He was weird,” Harper said. “And he loved the show Breaking Bad. He never really seemed like that person who had issues. He was always nice and funny and weird.”

Harper said the shooter had written his friends notes indicating he planned to do “something stupid.”

“He made a note,” Harper said. “I didn’t get mine, but my friends got theirs. I read one of my friends’ and it said he was going to do something stupid. He took it to a counselor.”

There had been conflicting reports about the total number of people injured.

Firsthand accounts from students indicated the student who died was a sophomore boy and the three injured were girls. The shooting happened in a hallway outside of a biology classroom.

Jeez ... we talk about how the media glorifies the shooter so often, and that article accomplishes that in a resounding way. They have included what looks like every single photo, video, or funny thing that the shooter ever posted on social media.

when something like this happens, the shooter needs to be barely mentioned, the media makes 'celebs' out of them now. this is wrong, it just glories these nut jobs to others who are on the edge.

The article in the OP didn't state what type of guns used but they sound like handguns since one jammed and he pulled another out. Since he cannot buy them legally and if they are the parents guns, they should be prosecuted for manslaughter. Lock your friggen guns up.

Reports are he got into his dad's safe somehow.

You might want to rethink charges for gun owners when you see how many videos there are on youtube how to crack 99% of most consumer grade safes in under 20 minutes.

Seems it always comes out dude was a few quarts low and there were plenty of signs but nobody did anything.
