Another School Shooting

Rockford WA high school student took a bag of guns to school one of the students tried to dissuade him and was shot dead. The kid with the guns then took a shot down a hall and hit a girl in the back before he was stopped by a staff member.
Where are these kids getting these ideas? Apparently he had been talking about school shootings and saying how he might end up getting arrested or some shiite like that earlier in the year... and nobody? his parents? intervened?
This doesn't happen in a vacuum... and apparently didn't occur out of the blue. Kid had given signs.
