FL looters busted stealing utility pole after hurricane

Ya, that looks a little bit suspicious. Must be 40 feet long.
"Apeler told investigators he was moving the pole because it was on the ground close to traffic lanes, according to the report. if it had fallen and was damaged, I see no harm , but if they took it down its different. it looks like the base is sheared on the front.

Figure a lamp post weighs 250-300 pounds, that's $75 to $100 IF the junk man will pay going rate for scrap from a couple of shady looking fucks.
Which I highly doubt. Lot of fucking around to make a buck. They would make a lot more as laborers cleaning up all the debris from the hurricane. Someone knocked down a lamp post in our development. In my profession, I've been to recyclers all over the country. This pole would have ended up laying on the sidewalk somewhere on the side of the road like it started out. Dumb asses.
