Haven't we seen this before? I know we've talked about it.
Well, here is an official study. Quote: Concealed carry permit holders less reckless behind wheel than other drivers, study says Quote: Gun owners with concealed carry permits are less likely to drive recklessly than other drivers, according to an analysis released Monday.
