I can totally understand how they are seeing things though- They misunderstand "Right/Left" and the Nazi/Socialist/Communist relationships.
They misconstrue "populist" to mean Nazi/Hitler, and the MSM has completely loved playing up the "Trump is Hitler reincarnate", sometimes obliquely, sometimes right out in the open.

I'm sure if the immigration debate included a rider that only "white, English speaking Christians" could enter, they wouldn't even put down the Natty Lights and turn off the NASCAR long enough to go outside. I'm not even going to start on the unwashed antifa morons who are masters of socioeconomic issues after one year of college classes. Everyone isn't going to get along or agree on all these social issues, and we're all not going to hold hands singing "Kumbaya".

We used to have civil discourse about political ideology in this country. Over the last 20 years it's gotten toxic. No one is willing to compromise anymore. Hands used to reach across aisles in the capitol, now they swat each other away. There is no more voting by conscience, or voting by what is best for their actual constituents. Politicians are mostly just voting by party lines with no willingness to work together. The political system has been hijacked by the wealthiest individuals in the world, not just America. And it's been going on for a long time. Don't kid yourselves into thinking Trump is any different.

Ban me? Go ahead. Getting sick of all the toxicity in here. We were just a group of people who really like buying, selling, trading, and talking about firearms. Bragging about collections, deals scored, specials we found out about and shared. Meet ups to shoot and try new toys maybe we didn't have. Get advice on reloading data, making custom or homemade mods. We don't all have to agree on everything. But holy shit can we at least not fling shit back and forth over ideas?

And why do I even have to TRY to be the voice of reason? I am a complete asshole. Ask my mom. Or my ex. Or my teachers, co-workers, friends, priest, or Jesus. Pretty sure they'd all agree.
