Take away all the down feathers and he’d be a bit less impressive. Reminds me of what scientist are saying the late period dinosaurs looked like.

There is something odd about that video... The rooster's gait suggests a big big bird... But I looked for some reasonable item to compare his size to and came up with nothing concrete. Anybody find a good comparative in the video?
I suspect that the video is at .8 speed, or so, and that gives him a strange "heavy" gait. At the end of the video you can see a same breed hen a few paces back, and the rooster seems to be appropriately bigger than the hen. What say ye?
We have Black Australorps, Buff Orpingtons, Buff Brahmas and Black Jersey Giants, and their size increases in that order.
I am in the market for a Buff Orpington or Buff Brahma cockerel (young) or rooster (full grown.)

An article about the video was posted a year ago: https://qz.com/937509/giant-chicken-the-viral-brahma-rooster-would-have-seemed-normal-to-americans-before-factory-farming/ I don't know anything about the website but the experts quoted in their article appear to be legit. One estimated the rooster is about 3' tall, standard height is 2.5' tall.
