Geez. There's already tons of schools with armed personnel on the grounds. They're most in the inner city and, surprise, a large percentage of the students are minorities. They're not getting blown away on a daily basis by the resource officer.

What if they said they are only going to arm teachers of color?

It has been obvious to most of us for ages that the anti-2A crowd is simply against arms in private (non.Gov) ownership and control.
They're more against that freedom than they are against the murders and crime... The segment in the article has got to start waking up some of those who have been sleeping in the MOTR to what is going on in the anti-2A, anti-self-reliance crowd.

The only way this ends for good is with bloodshed. Judging by the level of political apathy in the electorate, we're nowhere near that level of fight yet (meaning not enough people are ready to start shooting). Define minority, If it still means "that group that has fewer people in it than the other group", then a change is coming. Under the scenario put forth in the opening link, we'll see teachers shooting white kids because it's projected that "non-whites" will become the majority in this country in about a decade or so. In some school districts they now have "token whites".

Future de-segregation will mean busing white kids back into the inner city schools. That will be interesting.
