Thanks Guys. Seriously. I appreciate your and your family’s sacrifices. I needed the military, but was ‘ineligible’. So I genuinely appreciate the service I couldn’t provide.

One of my more memorable USN experiences was having a pair of navy dentists remove my perfectly healthy wisdom teeth with hammers and chisels.
No wisdom teeth allowed on submarines. And the two dentists were brutal. |

He was Medical Service Corps Dental for 26 years, ran the schools at both 32nd Street in San Diego & Great Lakes in Illinois, ran the Dental Clinic on Guam during Viet Nam years. In 1983 I went to a Navy dentist for a root canal.
I called him 'Commander', which was his rank. He said "My name is Bob. I'm out of here in 4 months and I'll be making over $150 Thou a year!" as he smiled nodded his head. _________________ NRA Endowment Member. How did they know my member was well endowed? |
