Can I just point out the sign does not say 'Do Not Enter', nor does it say don't remove anything from the property.

Not sure what they said to you verbally, but it seems any lawful restriction would be on the sign.

Just taking the truck out of there in the middle of the night, wouldn't work, in the long run. You can have no doubt they took down the license plate number. First time you got stopped or even just 'noticed' you'd have worse trouble.

I don't think that contaminating other people's property is right. Period.

But... Does everyone involved, to include everyone at the agency, and all the neighbors, think that fences somehow magically stop lead contamination? The lead leaches through the soil. Anyone who thinks it stops when it reaches the fence, probably also thinks gun free zones keep people from shooting others.

No. The shitty tenant used reloading supplies kept on premises by the land owner to contaminate the property. They did not arbitrarily decide to test.

The residents were being evicted and sued, they countersued and claimed lead poisoning... Saying they didn't have to pay for the year they were staying there because it should have been condemned.. Even though he was only asking for utilities costs and not rent, because he agreed to let them stay there for free to get back on their feet. 2-3 months turned into over a year, he hadn't seen a dime for the utilities and they were damaging the property.

He had a huge stove from the 60s or 70s that was worth a ton of money. Something like 6 burners 2 ovens 2 broilers huge. It was a collector's item. They sold it and replaced it with a shity version that looks similar but is more readily available and not worth anything.

Then, after they left, they tested the kids for lead again, and the lead had actually increased even though they hadn't been at the property for almost a year. Which means that the fucking idiot doesn't know how heavy metal poisoning works, and after the initial dose of lead, realize they were going to test again, and thought he had to give his kid another dose in order to make it look like it was still there. Well, it increased e buy a huge amount in a year where they supposedly had no interaction with lead. There are currently four properties of this couple has occupied that has had lead poisoning all four in a row. All 4 they refuse to pay rent and then contacted the health department and claim that they had lead poisoning.

Basically, they're willing to poison their kids, so they can stay someplace for free.
