After meeting with the county, we seemed to be making progress..

But, this morning they sent the owner an email basically saying they're going to try to get his power shut off...

It's been on for 10 years....and he just spent a shit ton of money on new cameras and has comcast scheduled to get internet so he has surveillance....

So, now the county wants to shut off power so he can't keep an eye on the property, directly contradicting their 'need' for the property to not be occupied, trespassed upon, vandalized,etc.

This power play bullshit (pardon the pun) is gonna get someone hurt... Knowing the homeowner, this has killdozer V2.0 written all over it. It's not even my property and I'm pissed, I can only imagine how he feels.

So, got the name and address of the NARC.. Dude lives a block away and is part of the neighborhood watch bullshit.

Way to go. Don't do shit about the meth house 3 houses down but complain about a guy minding his own business.

On top of that, LE ran my plate and gave health dep't my info. Yeah. That's illegal. DOL information is not supposed to be given to non-sworn personnel.

Also noticed they said I was living the 'soldier citizen' lifestyle, which I assume is some bullshit phrase for militia or sovereign citizen.

I was in TT the other day and was thinking of getting the shit magnet morale patch for my plate carrier, but decided I didn't wanna jinx myself.

To be 100% honest, I don't know how I'm holding it together.... I guess because the property isn't mine so I don't have a vested interest in it, and so far the only transgressions against me have been illegally sharing my personal data and calling me a militia nut (or equivalent).

In the past year, I went from gainfully employed to basically cripple (back injury they refuse to investigate), 'lost' (moved out due to $$) the house I was renting, lost my job, no job prospects due to my injury and weight, lost my GF although that was more a positive than a negative...I got TPD basically thinking I'm some militia nutjob now, and my friend is on the verge of losing his property because he let me work on it to help him out....Yeah, road to hell paved with good intentions and all that.

I refuse to inconvenience someone else because of a situation they had no hand in creating.

I've kinda put myself in the 'don't give a fuck' mentality, I guess, with a side of 'leave me the fuck alone' and a glass of 'god fucking help you if you do anything to make you worth spending time/effort on you'..... That's healthy, I'm sure...
