Yup, have to ask you to leave, and most businesses require that a supervisor or manager ask you to leave. (Which they probably have just a few feet away at a state fair entrance gate, along with a cop or two.)

Few years back a Puyallup cop was caught slapping more than his wrist while watching porn in his cruiser in the fairgrounds North parking lot.
Must have been oblivious to the crowd forming around his car.
He was asked to leave......the police department.
