Only related on a tangent I know, but a good quarter of the posts in this thread are related on tangents.

My dad's former employee came by the shop to chat.
Brought with him a Galco Miami Classic he bought and didn't use much. Said he'd let it go for $50. Examined it, fits my G19 pretty well (probably made for a 17 but this works). Gave him the $50 and took it home to play with and adjust.
He gave me the original bag and booklet that came with it. Turns out he bought it in 2006 for $150. This thing still smells like new leather, soft and extremely comfortable once adjusted properly.
Never been a Galco fanboy but damn this is a high quality holster rig. Hopefully their quality has not gone down in 10 years.

Had a very pleasant visit with Pantel Tactical. Spent less than I thought it would cost - best G-19 price anywhere.

Only because he had ONE suppressor in stock - an Osprey 9. If he'd had the Osprey 45 and the AAC Element 2 that I'm looking to buy RIGHT NOW it would have been a different story. You'd see me out in front of RF&GC with a begging bowl.

Hybrid. Meh. The Osprey will look cool on the Glock. That's reason enough.

I picked up a like new Galco Miami Classic for $50 also, this was for a Ruger P-85. Fits pretty much every mid size auto. Fits a P-85, P-89, SW MP 45, MP 45C, Glock 23, 17, 19 perfectly. Comfortable holsters, just throw it on like a vest. RusoArmo wrote: Brought with him a Galco Miami Classic he bought and didn't use much. Said he'd let it go for $50.
