those made by SW are for people with girly hands. the backing on the sleeves sticks to the palm and wont drop free. by removing the back of the sleeve it drops free since it no longer rubs the palm. not sure why no one ever created a slide on replacement. must just be girly hands who own a shield. something like this but taller to fill the spacer area

After doing some function testing at Greenwater yesterday, today I came into the 21st century and swapped out the Federal 115-grain +P+ Hi-Shok with Federal 147-grain standard pressure HST in all of my 9mm self-defense guns.
No doubt the bullet is better . . . and it's also a lot more pleasant to shoot, with less nuclear blast and related fireball. It's probably better for the guns too. :bigsmile;

Picked up a few boxes of old Winchester .38 Special +P+ 'Treasury Loads' at a gun show a few years ago for $10 a box. Hot loads for their time, but newer powders have higher velocity with much lower pressure. http://s25.photobucket.com/user/Landric ... 7.jpg.htmlOps wrote: +p+ is never a good round for a pistol. more of a uzi round.
