I mounted my DPP on my M17, a little easier than I thought. The YT video I used was for a regular P320 so it didn't address the loaded chamber indicator. When those two tiny pieces fell off I was like oh shit, what do I do with those? It should be one of the guns to make it to the NY shoot.

Gave a cold shower wakeup to 5 of 13 action pistol shooters tonight by giving them three tries at the following concealed carry "test"/challenge/COF:
range: 5 yards target: 5 inch circle Standard: on start signal, draw from concealment and fire 5 rounds only Score: all hits on target in 5 seconds. times ranged from 3.16 to 8.73, one shooter failed to get the required hits in three tries 9 shooters made the standard on only one of three tries, 2 shooters made it on 3/3 |

GP100 357 OK. New sight hits a little low and isn't too precise. Lot of trouble with fucked up reloads. Wouldn't fit in cylinder, or had high primers and wouldn't allow cylinder to rotate. Easy to fix. Para Ordnance P10-45. First time out, first experience w/double stack mags. Outfukingstanding. Shoots tight, but a little low. Adjustable rear sight will fix that. Comfortable, natural pointer. Quick follow up shots, 11 as fast as you can fire. Zero malfunctions. Absolutely flawless for 150 rounds. On the fast track to becoming my new EDC. . She tried one a few years ago and didn’t care for it. Well, technically it was yesterday, but Mark (oldandcranky1) and I put together my first ladder of .224 Valkyrie rounds. The anticipation is killing me. Thinking next Tuesday (Christmas) may be my best opportunity unless I can hold out until Wednesday.
